    Service is only provided if you are aged 16 or over and are not registered blind or
partially sighted.
  
    You are in possession of a written prescription for your spectacles that have been
given to you by a suitably qualified person in the last 24 month (or 12 months if you
are aged 70 or over)
  
    Your orders to One 2 One Eye Care must be completed in person following a full and
free consultation.

payment of the total order value at the time of purchase.

    Designer brand frames subject to stock availability at the time of ordering and not
available- stock order is subject to further delays in turnaround time.

    You may return, exchange, or receive a full refund on your glasses if you are unhappy
with them for any reason, providing it is requested within 30days of you collecting
your glasses.
  
    All designer frames supplied come with 12-month manufacturer warranty.

    One 2 One Eyecare is a direct mobile service without an optical outlet and is unable
to redeem any NHS vouchers issued by your optician.
  
    Your personal information at one 2 one Eye Care is kept strictly confidential and will
not be passed or used by any other outside organisations. Your Eye Test prescription
details are kept confidential for three years cycle.
  
    One 2 One Eyecare is a registered business with annually approved CRB check
managed by a single business owner.
